Description

Position Overview 


Responsible for receiving and processing all enrollment contracts into the system. The customer service representative is responsible for ensuring the completeness of each enrollment package received, welcome calls and day-to-day CS functions. CS representative deals with customers directly via electronically, or telephone and responds to the customer inquiries promptly. CS Representative responds to the regular and routine customer inquiries regarding services of the organization and has intimate knowledge of the customer’s needs and service we provide.


Essential Job Functions

  • Data entry – Intake of member agreements
  • Responsible for reviewing new enrollment package applications to ensure forms are complete and accurate, contracts signed.
  • Upload and save all client files into VLP CRM.
  • Complete all assigned MEMBER RELATED tasks in Creditor Guard. 
  • Responsible for informing all DRP’s via email that new enrollment’s contract has been received.
  • Document and respond to all verbal (phone) electronic (email/fax) and written communication with clients and the debt settlement companies.
  • Perform any other responsibility connected with the servicing and general enrollment.
  • Initiate and respond to all correspondence with clients concerning the understanding of the program, general questions and draft related concerns.
  • Make Welcome calls. 
  • Mail out hardcopy Welcome Package to any new clients that don’t have an email address.
  • Responsible for forwarding any CPS issues from clients to the CPS Attorney.
  • Performs related work as assigned.


Additional Responsibilities

  • Input information from a variety of sources into a computer database.
  • Perform any other responsibility connected with servicing, general enrollments.
  • May research information to solve customer service problems
  • May interpret and explain rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

Requirements

  • Graduation from a standard senior high school or equivalent.
  • Bilingual [Spanish/English] preferred.
  • Debt Relief Industry experience preferred.
  • Experience in clerical work or administrative support work.
  • Knowledge of office practices and administrative procedures.
  • Ability to work well independently or in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Must pay attention to detail.
