QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN

THE POSITION:

Are you a detailed oriented individual? Are you well versed in CCTV Technology? Do you enjoy gathering information and dealing with metrics?

As the Quality Assurance Technician, you will:

Monitors facilities for security, loss prevention, safety, operational activities, using CCTV.
Assists in conducting investigations (video review) involving internal and external theft incidents as directed.
Review and match footage or investigation data to Incident/Accident reports for work-related employee injuries, customer injury and unusual incident reports
Support the investigation of over/short reports in partnership with Operations.
Maintains confidentiality of and uses discretion in dealing with sensitive or controversial issues and information
Maintains reports, records, evidence and digital files in a complete and orderly manner

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum one year of loss prevention experience to include CCTV work, surveillance work, retail theft observation knowledge, or other related field work.
CCTV use and techniques.
Shoplifting and internal theft observation techniques.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to work occasional after-hours and weekends
Able to lift, push, and pull up to twenty-five (25) pounds regularly. For weights over twenty-five (25) pounds, request additional team member assistance as needed.
Ability to bend, reach and stand for extensive period of time, and lift up to twenty-five pounds on an occasional basis.
