Quirk Auto is excited to announce that we currently have an opening as a Finance Manager.  The Automobile Finance manager sells automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; qualifies buyers and closes the sale.We are seeking inspired and motivated individuals who have the desire and passion to succeed.Position available in BraintreeWe Offer Top Pay for Top Professionals. Key Required Proficiencies: Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties, and services Attends to customer, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained Ability to work through all current finance processes including lease and bank approvals Audits all appraisals of trade-in vehicles Ensures that appropriate dealership records are maintainedPreferred Skills: Experience in Automotive Sales (3 years required) Strong negotiation skills Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests Establish and maintain relationships with customers Assess individual client needs and think of innovative ways to get results Strong computer skills Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities Excellent interpersonal skills A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn Flexible work schedule and have the ability to work days, nights and weekendsBenefits offered: - Health, Dental/Vision, 401K, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance.
