Job Summary:

This position's primary responsibility is to create and maintain a weekly coverage schedule for all Direct Care Staff to ensure adequate 24/7 staffing coverage. Additionally, this position oversees employee training programs, manages key operational reporting and invoicing functions, and supports residential operations to ensure compliance with agency, licensing, and organizational requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and create a weekly schedule for all Direct Care Staff to meet 24/7 staffing requirements and maintain required staffing ratios, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Serve on the on-call rotation for three (3) weeks each month, partnering with the Residential Manager for alternate on-call coverage.
  • Provide direct support within residential homes when staffing coverage cannot otherwise be secured.
  • Assist with updating employee timesheets within the organization's timekeeping system.
  • Manage the organization's census and Community-Based Care (CBC) invoices.
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit monthly invoices to lead agencies in accordance with contractual requirements and established deadlines.
  • Create, coordinate, and manage onboarding and training for all new employees.
  • Coordinate and maintain required training programs for all employees, including:
  • Internal training
  • CPR/First Aid
  • Annual mandatory training
  • New Hire Orientation
  • Collect, maintain, and report operational data as requested by the Program Director and/or CEO to support facility operations, compliance, and performance monitoring.
  • Other duties assigned.

Driver Eligibility & Insurance Guidelines

Applicants for positions are requires to meet and maintain our insurance carrier's driver eligibility requirements as a condition of employment, including:

  • Be at least 21 years of age with a valid, current driver's license that is not suspended, revoked, or expired.
  • Maintain an acceptable driving record, including no more than three (3) moving violations and/or at-fault accidents (combined) within the past three (3) years, no more than three (3) license suspensions/reinstatements, and no major driving violations ((driving while intoxicated or under the influence (DWI/DUI/OWI/OUI), leaving the scene of an accident (hit and run), careless or reckless driving, manslaughter/homicide or assault through use of motor vehicle, fleeing/eluding a police officer, commission of a felony)) during that period.
  • Successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review and remain insurable under our automobile insurance carrier's underwriting guidelines throughout employment.

Shifts are designed to maintain 24-hour operations in a residential facility. This position requires on-call availability as described in the job posting.
