Job Title: Bartender

Summary:
Bartending position at Rock Lane Tiki Bar. This is a high-energy, fast-paced lakefront environment and one of the best bartending opportunities on Table Rock Lake. We are looking for hardworking individuals with great attitudes who want to make strong income while being part of a team-focused atmosphere. Full-time and part-time positions available. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation:
$7.50/hour plus significant tip potential in a high-volume setting

Shift:
Open seven days a week
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (times may vary)
4:00 PM – 11:00 PM (times may vary)

Skills & Qualifications:

Enjoy working in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment
Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to be on your feet and active in a high-heat environment for extended periods
Sales-driven mindset with strong guest interaction skills
Ability to learn and operate POS systems (Toast experience is a plus)
Learn and confidently describe cocktail and food menus
Willingness to step out from behind the bar to provide table service when needed
Must be 25 years of age or older
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Experience:
Minimum 1 year bartending experience in a high-volume setting; 2 years preferred
