Job DetailsJob Location: BRANSON, MO 65616Position Type: SeasonalSalary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 HourlyJob Category: Food & Beverage Reports To: Special Events, Concessions and Retail Manager  Type of Position: Non-Exempt  Classification: Seasonal  Compensation: $15.00/hr + tips   Location: Branson, Missouri     Job Description:  The Onboard Food and Beverage Attendant will be directly responsible for being “the face” of the Branson Scenic Railway guest experience. This position will engage with passengers in varying capacities by providing one-on-one service in first-class cars as well as working as the concession car attendant. They share the amazing history of the Branson Scenic Railway and the surrounding areas with our guests while selling and serving beverages, food items, and souvenir items.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Provide outstanding customer service to train guests in a fast-paced environment  Detail oriented in regard to maintaining inventory levels  Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and accuracy  Maintain a clean and safe working environment  Ability to speak in front of the public  Ability to work independently, without direct supervision  Other duties as assigned    Qualifications Education, Skill and Experience:  1+ years of experience in a customer facing role required  Experience in food and beverage service preferred   Must have an enthusiastic personality and ability to maintain a professional appearance   Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions  Experience operating cash registers and point of sales systems preferred  Ability to complete basic math tasks is required    Work Environment:  Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day  Must be able to lift 50 pounds  Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime  Able to stand and walk on uneven or unsteady surfaces aboard a moving train  Ideal candidates are at least 21 years old due to the potential need to serve alcohol
