Job DetailsJob Location: BRANSON, MO 65616Position Type: SeasonalSalary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 HourlyDivision/Department: Reservations Job Title: Parking Lot Attendant Reports To: Reservations Manager Type of Position: Non-Exempt Employee Classification: Seasonal Compensation: $16 - $18 per hour Location: Branson, Mo  Job Summary: The role of the Parking Lot Attendant is to assist passengers with safely and efficiently parking their vehicles in a manner that minimizes risk of damage and capitalizes on the use of limited parking space in our parking lot. This is a fast-paced job that requires a lot of movement and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and friendly; someone who doesn't mind hard work outdoors, assisting customers in a professional and cheerful manner.  Job Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •  Provide a professional and courteous first point of contact for passengers upon arrival to our property •  Handle cash and credit card transactions from paid parking lots •  Answer general questions for customers about train departures and travel expectations •  Direct passengers to assigned parking spaces, making sure to fully utilize the limited area of the parking lot and direct passengers to boarding areas •  Close and/or move gates, barricade, safety cones, safety chains, as necessary •  Assist with keeping the parking lot clean of trash, debris •  Fill out appropriate paperwork as required by supervisor/manager •  Communicate with management regarding any safety concerns •  Put your safety and the safety of our guests first and foremost   QualificationsEducation, Skill & Experience: •  Ability to think on your feet, making quick and accurate decisions regarding customer safety and parking •  Experience in providing excellent customer service to passengers •  Money Handling •  Ability to multitask and problem solve •  Must be able to effectively communicate in written and verbal English. Work Environment: •  Varied work environment with a majority of time spent outdoors in all weather conditions. •  Long periods spent standing, walking, or moving on uneven ground around railyard and railroad equipment.
