JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: Board Certified
- Licenses: Active VT license (or eligibility to apply), DEA, BLS, ACLS
- DEA: Active DEA Certification
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hospitalist experience preferred
- Provide inpatient hospitalist care for adult observation/inpatient population
- Respond to codes and rapid responses
- Manage step-down level patients and ventilator management (preferred)
- Stabilize critically ill patients and arrange for transport to tertiary care
- Collaborate with ED team, surgeons, and case management to support patient care and discharge
