Located in great places to live, work and play like Arvada, Lakewood, Frederick, and Golden – every center is equipped with lab, CT Scan and X-ray capabilities on-site to provide the right level of treatment at an appropriate cost. Patients needing emergency services are attended to in a calm environment with individual exam rooms. And unlike most urgent care centers, every patient is seen by a physician. Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Multi-Modality Tech, you will provide quality patient care within two or more medical imaging departments, performing high-quality images and exams while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs and adhering to safe radiation practices.

Every day you will operate various imaging equipment, position patients for different exams, act as a clinical resource to unit personnel, and serve as a role model for other associate technologists, continually upholding current standards of practice for the unit.

To be successful in this role, you will possess expertise in at least two medical imaging modalities, strong technical skills across multiple platforms, a deep understanding of radiation safety, and the ability to effectively communicate, lead, and provide compassionate patient care.
- Performs imaging procedures, providing safety for self, patients, and all other individuals.
- Produces quality images in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.
- Provides information and instruction to patient and/or family regarding the procedure and responds to their physical and emotional needs.
- As assigned by management, performs technologist duties of other registered modality.
- Observes patient and equipment during the procedure and reports / documents unusual occurrences and records patient's condition.
- Notifies supervisor of equipment problems and logs the service call/problem per department procedure.

$400/month Summit County housing stipend available for full time residents of Summit, Park, Eagle, Grand, Clear Creek or Lake Counties. Must work at least 80% physically on-site at a CommonSpirit Health- Mountain Region facility in Summit County and full time or part time status (PRN ineligible). More details available upon offer.

Job Requirements
Required
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- One (1) year imaging experience
- Registered Radiology Technologist: ARRT (CT), ARRT (M), ARRT (MR), R.T.(R)(VI)(ARRT) ; R.T.(R)(CV)(ARRT)
- BLS from the American Heart Association
- Exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
