SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Specific Responsibilities • A self-starter with superb organizational skills, attention to detail, accurate and neat, with the ability to multitask • An outstanding communicator with excellent verbal and written skills to explain treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements as needed with patients • A team player who can work independently, is proactive, reliable, punctual, able to prioritize tasks and manage time • Works well in a fast-paced environment, supports the office culture, and stays strong under pressure • Learns quickly and has a strong desire to grow professionally • Coordinate treatments, financial contracts and financial arrangements • Schedule and verify appointments for patients in person or on the telephone • Prepare letters and correspondences as needed • Obtain and review patient information • Accurately maintain patient information in Dentrix • Maintain full schedules and an efficient office schedule flow • Answer phones, take messages, perform call backs and appropriately route calls • Contribute to marketing efforts and regular team meetings • Maintain confidentiality of business and patient information QualificationsDesired Background • Sales experience • Experience in treatment presentations \ • Previous dental front office experience highly preferred • Loves working with children • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent communication and computer skills • Upbeat personality is a MUST • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail • Clean, neat professional appearance • Knowledge of Dentrix a plus
