What You'll Do

Clean and sanitize residential homes and commercial offices using Two Maids methods
Work as part of a small team to complete each home efficiently and thoroughly
Travel between client homes throughout East County
Communicate professionally and courteously with customers
Follow safety guidelines and properly use and care for cleaning products and equipment

Qualifications for a Great Team Member

Must be 18 years of age or older
Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Must have a personal vehicle, driver's license, and insurance
Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using a mobile app to view schedules, clock in and out, and communicate with the team
Enjoys active, hands-on work
Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and pride in work
Reliability and teamwork abilities

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
Ability to climb stairs and use a step stool
Comfortable working with standard cleaning products
