About the Role:
Join the team at Sonesta ES Suites in Brentwood, TN as a Room Attendant and play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience! We're looking for a detail-oriented, hardworking individual who takes pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms, suites, and common areas according to hotel standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize bathrooms and all surfaces throughout guest rooms
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to the appropriate department
- Restock housekeeping cart with necessary supplies at the start and end of each shift
- Respond to guest requests for additional items such as towels, toiletries, or linens
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel brand standards during daily operations
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently across multiple rooms
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Positive, guest-focused attitude with strong communication skills
