Sr Director, Middle Office

JOB SUMMARY

Has responsibility for a combination of activities in support of the trading effort (e.g., trade support, documentation) | Staff in middle office functions are likely to support complex product areas (e.g., fixed-income, equity derivatives) and have a greater degree of knowledge of their product area than staff performing other operations functions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• Six (6) or more years Management experience (Required)

• Fifteen (15) or more years Related experience (Required)

• No Licensure or Certification Required.

• Ability to design processes and develop reporting tools and analysis utilizing ETRM systems to support the strategic direction of the organization

• Understand advanced concepts in creating, verifying results for, and modifying mark-to-market, volumetric positions, and decomposition of risks to support a dynamic portfolio of physical and financial instruments

• Research market movements and conditions to understand the impacts on the risk portfolio and validate those results are consistent with market fundamentals and trading strategies

• Lead and develop junior members of the staff and the management team with a goal of growing talent and improving performance

• Evaluate staff and recruit talent across the organization to build and contribute to Delek’s overall talent pool
