You’ll unload and load freight by hand or with non-powered equipment, sort and stack product, and help keep our warehouse running safely and efficiently. If you like active, hands-on work and a team that has your back, we’d love to meet you.What You’ll Do Unload inbound freight by hand or with hand jacks and pallet jacks Break down pallets and sort product by item number or destination Re-stack freight following safety and operational standards Shrink-wrap finished pallets for storage or outbound shipment Organize and consolidate pallets to make the best use of warehouse space Keep your work area clean and safe (sweeping, trash removal, clearing debris) Follow all warehouse safety procedures, company policies, and food safety regulations Report discrepancies, damages, or unsafe conditions to your supervisor right away Work with the receiving and shipping teams Attend team meetings and training sessions Take on other warehouse tasks as assignedWhat We’re Looking For Warehouse experience preferred, but not required A steady pace and a good attitude in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to following safety standards and company policiesPhysical Requirements Stand, walk, bend, and climb for long periods Frequently push, pull, lift, carry, or move up to 40 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs; seldom up to 100 lbs Frequent use of hands and fingers; regular reaching, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching Comfortable working in varying conditions, including cold storage, outdoor heat, and confined spacesWork EnvironmentThis is an active warehouse with forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts operating nearby. Expect moderate to high noise levels, concrete floors, and temperatures ranging from below zero in the freezer to 95°F or above outdoors.Why Join Us?
