Join our Parking & Transportation team and help create a smooth, welcoming experience for guests and staff.  From guiding traffic to transporting employees, this is a key frontline role in making sure every day at Brian Head Resort starts off right! What You’ll Do: Use company-provided vehicles to transport employees to and from work between designated shuttle stops and the worksite. Direct guests and staff to appropriate parking areas, prioritizing guest accessibility. Set up and monitor signage to ensure parking areas are clearly marked and well-organized. Provide accurate, friendly information about Resort policies, shuttle schedules, weather, and mountain operations. Use two-way radios professionally to communicate with your team and other departments. Maintain the Resort’s presentation by keeping the parking lots and other guest areas free of trash. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications What We're Looking For: Must be 21+ years of age. Has a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record verified through a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Knows or is willing to learn the Brian Head Resort layout and guest flow. Can work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts. Is confident driving in winter conditions.  Is physically able to work in extreme conditions (snow, wind, rain) and stand for extended periods. Can lift up to 50 lbs and perform active, outdoor, and indoor tasks.
