This role is responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of business-critical applications.
The ideal candidate should possess solid hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and Microsoft SQL Server, with the ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and deliver quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
· Perform systems analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation of business applications.
· Develop, enhance, and maintain web and windows-based applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
· Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and system integrations.
· Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
· Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development, testing, and production environments.
· Provide Level 2 application support and ensure smooth Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations.
· Work closely with business users, business analysts, QA teams, and project stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
· Perform impact analysis and effort estimation for enhancement requests and change requirements.
· Develop and optimize database objects including stored procedures, views, functions, and queries.
· Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
· Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
· Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.
· Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver projects on schedule and with high quality.

Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
· Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.
· Experience in application maintenance and production support environments.
· Strong experience in C#, .NET Framework and .NET (ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core).
· Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, stored procedures, views, functions, query optimization, and performance tuning.
· Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
· Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and software engineering principles.
· Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good to have Knowledge
• Experience with Entity Framework/Core and front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery).
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, GitLab, RabbitMQ/Kafka is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development and modern practices including CI/CD, microservices, and Docker/containerization is preferred.

Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm
