Customer Service Specialist Description: Love Groomers is adding a dedicated, service-minded Customer Service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist at our main headquarters in Bridgeton, MO. As a Customer Service Representative on the Love Groomers team, you will be the point person for customer questions/concerns, inbound customer calls, and entering orders. Love Groomers is a leading supplier of professional pet grooming products and operates as a division of Store Supply Warehouse, LLC. This is a full-time position. Accommodations are available to those who would like to continue pet grooming part-time and are able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week on a consistent, agreed-upon schedule. Qualifications: Key Responsibilities: Providing excellent customer experience through various channels (phone, email, chat) by addressing customer questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Accurately enter and process customer orders, including assisting customers with order status, shipping inquiries, and product availability. Proactively engage with potential customers through outbound calls and emails to introduce Love Groomers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Stay up to date with Love Groomers product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers. Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate products/services to meet those needs. Customer Service Representative Qualifications: High School Diploma or a GED is required A background or experience in pet grooming is preferred but not required. Customer Service experience of 1 year or more is preferred but not required. Must be computer literate, proficient in Data Entry and Typing, a must. Ability to navigate between different websites and multitask Ability to work in a quick-paced customer service environment; troubleshoot and take corrective action to resolve issues, if necessary Experience with outbound sales, telemarketing, or company/product introductions, a plus. Fluent in Spanish is a plus, but not required Willingness to maintain a safe and ethical work environment, and work as an effective team member Customer Service Specialist Benefits (based on a minimum 30 hours worked per week average): Starting hourly wage of $18.00 - $19.25/hour based on experience Opportunity for growth Merit increases Medical benefits options for you and your family.
