Qualifications:
- Previous detailing or automotive experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow processes and communicate effectively with management and team members.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and detail customer vehicles before delivery; assist with washing and preparing vehicles throughout the repair process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop, production areas, customer areas, and exterior of the facility.
- Keep work areas clean and free of debris to support a safe, professional working environment.
- Monitor inventory of detailing products, cleaning supplies, and other shop materials.
- Notify management when supplies are low and need to be reordered.
- Assist with receiving and checking in parts deliveries; inspect incoming parts for visible damage at the time of delivery.
- Verify that all parts listed on the invoice were received and properly label and organize parts immediately upon delivery, ensuring they are assigned to the correct repair order.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect parts to management immediately.
- Assist production and management teams with other duties as needed to keep the repair process moving efficiently.
