Job Summary

As a Principal Product Consultant you will leverage your expertise in GE Proficy Plant Applications to drive innovative solutions in industrial manufacturing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes ensuring seamless integration and enhanced productivity. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of manufacturing technology within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of GE Proficy Plant Applications to optimize manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee the integration of software solutions with existing systems to ensure seamless functionality and data flow.
• Provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams on best practices and innovative approaches to problem-solving.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements.
• Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions and processes.
• Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower teams with the knowledge and skills needed for effective software utilization.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
• Engage with clients to understand their unique requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with development teams to prioritize feature enhancements and bug fixes based on user feedback.
• Ensure alignment of technology solutions with the companys strategic objectives and long-term vision.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in GE Proficy Plant Applications demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities and applications.
• Have a strong background in industrial manufacturing with the ability to apply domain knowledge to software solutions.
• Exhibit excellent analytical skills capable of interpreting complex data and providing actionable insights.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills able to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Show proficiency in project management ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation of solutions.
• Display a proactive approach to problem-solving consistently seeking innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
• Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with advanced certifications in GE Proficy Plant Applications being highly desirable.

Certifications Preferred

GE Proficy Plant Applications Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
