Enterprise ApplicationsLead (Onshore – Brisbane)
Position Summary
The Enterprise Applications Lead is accountable for the end-to-endmanagement, governance, support, enhancement, and continuous improvement of aportfolio of enterprise business applications supporting Finance, HR,Collaboration, Quality, Aged Care Community functions.
The role serves as the primary liaison between businessstakeholders, application vendors, managed service providers, and internaltechnology teams to ensure application stability, service excellence,regulatory compliance, and business value realization.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Operational Governance
• Own end-to-end servicedelivery across the enterprise application portfolio.
• Ensure applicationavailability, performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.
• Manage incident,service request, problem, change, and release processes aligned with ITILpractices.
• Lead major incidentresolution and business-critical application recoveries.
• Establish service healthdashboards and operational reporting.
Application Lifecycle Management
• Govern applicationroadmaps, upgrades, patching, vendor releases, and technical debt management.
• Drive applicationrationalization, modernization, and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure lifecyclecompliance from onboarding through retirement.
Vendor & Third-Party Management
• Manage relationshipswith application vendors and managed service providers.
• Monitor contractualobligations, SLAs, KPIs, and support performance.
• Laise with SIAMfor vendor performance reviews and escalation management.

Change, Release & Enhancement Management
• Oversee applicationenhancements through Agile ways of working.
• Coordinate testing,UAT, deployment planning, and release governance.
• Ensure successfuldelivery of business improvement initiatives.
Compliance, Audit & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance withorganizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal andexternal audit activities.
• Maintain riskregisters and remediation plans.
• Drive security andaccess governance across enterprise platforms.
Continuous Service Improvement
• Identify automationand optimization opportunities.
• Lead cost reductionand efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Utilize platformanalytics to improve user adoption and business outcomes.
Team Leadership
• Lead applicationsupport teams, analysts, vendors, and SMEs.
• Provide technical andfunctional leadership across the portfolio.
• Develop supportcapability, documentation standards, and operational maturity.
• Possess strongcommunication skill

Required Skills & Experience
Essential Experience
• 12+ years ofenterprise application management experience.
• 5+ years leadingenterprise application portfolios.
• Experience managingSaaS and COTS business applications.
• Strong stakeholdermanagement and executive communication skills.
•Experience working with multi-tiered and distributed architecturallandscapes.
• Experience workingwith offshore and distributed support teams.
• Experience leadingapplication transitions and service stabilization programs.
• StrongITIL experience with preferred exposure in Service Now.
