Precision Threaded Products is a leading manufacturer of ring and key lock studs and inserts, proudly serving the industry since 1940. We are seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Operator to join our manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate multi-axis CNC Swiss machines, including Citizen.
Read blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions.
Load material, change tools, deburr, and inspect parts.
Optimize feeds and speeds and troubleshoot machining issues.
Work with supervisors, engineering, and quality to resolve production issues.
Complete inspection documentation and basic preventative maintenance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience.
Experience setting up, operating, optimizing, and troubleshooting CNC Swiss machines.
Familiarity with Mitsubishi and Fanuc controls.
Experience with tooling and standard inspection equipment.
CNC Swiss programming experience is a plus.
Experience with Inconel, A-286, aerospace, or close-tolerance components is a plus.
