This position helps customers through the express service process, from greeting and write-up to explaining maintenance recommendations and reviewing completed work. If you enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, and keeping a busy service lane running smoothly, we encourage you to apply.Essential Functions and Responsibilities Greet express service customers promptly, listen to their concerns, and confirm requested maintenance services. Create accurate repair orders that document customer concerns, vehicle information, requested services, and promised completion times. Explain recommended maintenance, pricing, and estimated completion times clearly; obtain customer authorization before additional work is performed. Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to support efficient workflow and timely completion of express services. Review multipoint inspection results with customers and explain technician recommendations without pressure. Keep customers informed about service progress, changes to estimates, and any delays. Review completed repair orders with customers, explain charges and services performed, and assist with checkout. Maintain accurate customer records and a clean, organized service write-up area while following dealership procedures. Participate in Mopar and dealership training to build product knowledge and customer service skills.Required Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain maintenance recommendations clearly. Strong attention to detail, accurate documentation skills, and comfort using computers and learning dealership systems. Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with technicians and other team members.Preferred Previous service advisor, express service, or automotive customer service experience. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and multipoint inspection processes. Previous dealership experience and familiarity with repair orders or dealership management systems. Familiarity with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Mopar maintenance services.Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move between the service drive, customer waiting area, and service department throughout the workday. Ability to use a computer, telephone, and other office equipment to prepare repair orders and communicate with customers.
