Position SummaryĀ 

We are seeking a skilled and compassionateĀ Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Ā to provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical and procedural cases. This role offers a dynamic and autonomous practice environment where CRNAs are valued as integral members of the anesthesia care team.Ā 

Key ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations, develop anesthesia care plans, and administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.Ā 

  • Monitor patients throughout anesthesia administration, ensuring optimal safety and comfort.Ā 

  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.Ā 

  • Manage post-anesthesia recovery, including pain management and patient education.Ā 

  • Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.Ā 

  • Adhere to best practices and hospital protocols to enhance patient outcomes.Ā 

QualificationsĀ 

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certificationĀ from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).Ā 

  • Current RN and APRN licensesĀ in the state of Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain).Ā 

  • Master’s or Doctoral degreeĀ in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.Ā 

  • BLS and ACLScertificationĀ (or ability to obtain prior to hire).Ā 

  • Experience in a hospital or surgical center setting is preferred but not required—new graduates are encouraged to apply.Ā

Compensation Range:

$290,000 - $290,000

This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensure as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
