Position Overview
As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you will partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations, support nursing team development, and help ensure high-quality resident care. Qualifications
- Active Nebraska Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Previous leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
