Schedule: Rotating Shift | Full-Time 

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Assess daily patient access needs and ensure that appropriate patient care is provided. Provideoversight involving all aspects of nursing department operations.
• Deliver quality patient care and ensure implementation of clinical objectives.
• Delegate appropriate duties to clinical staff based on their assessed skills and abilities, maintaining proficiencies related to job functions and processes through ongoing monitoring of daily operations.
• Participate with ongoing quality initiatives, auditing projects and development of plans forimprovement.
• Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experiencerequired.
