Bryan Easler Toyota in Hendersonville, North Carolina islooking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our serviceoperation. If you're currently working in Atlanta or elsewhere across theSoutheast, Hendersonville offers a growing market, a beautiful mountainsetting, four seasons, outdoor recreation, and a great place to build both acareer and a life.

We're a family-owned and operated Toyota dealership lookingfor a proven manager who knows how to lead people, take care of customers, andrun a profitable service department.

What We're Looking For

We're not searching for a particular personality ormanagement stereotype. We're looking for someone who knows the automotiveservice business and can lead a team effectively.

·        Minimum 3 years of automotive service managementexperience.

·        Proven ability to lead service advisors,technicians, and support staff.

·        Ability to improve productivity, efficiency,labor sales, and gross profit.

·        Strong customer-service judgment and acommitment to CSI.

·        Experience recruiting, coaching, developing, andholding employees accountable.

·        Strong operational discipline and comfortmanaging to measurable standards.

·        Toyota experience is a plus, but successfulmanagement experience with another major automotive brand is welcome.
