Responsibilities

The compensation analyst studies and analyzes external market data and assists in preparing job descriptions. Participates in various compensation surveys.   Assists in the administration of various compensation programs. Assists with various audits within the department. Assists Sr. Compensation Analyst on various projects.   Position is characterized by the ability to prioritize and organize multiple assignments and projects.


Qualifications

REQUIRED

  1. Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related fields.
  2. One year experience in a Compensation or Human Resources role.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Analytical skills with ability to synthesize data and propose recommendations.
  5. Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  6. High attention to detail and accuracy, well organized.
  7. Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects.
  8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

 PREFERRED

  1. Prior healthcare experience.
