This role involves assessing, evaluating, and treating patient wounds, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring the effective management of wound care supplies. The position requires adherence to professional standards and collaboration with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Assess and evaluate patient wounds to determine appropriate treatment. - Develop and implement individualized wound care plans tailored to each patient's needs. - Clean and dress wounds using appropriate techniques and materials. - Monitor and document patient progress, updating treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal healing. - Perform debridement procedures as required to promote wound healing. - Manage wound care supplies, ensuring their availability and proper usage. - Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients. - Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
