We are a year-round, private residential special education school serving neurodiverse adolescents and young adults (ages 13–22) with autism, developmental disabilities, and complex learning needs. If you're passionate about helping students develop meaningful communication, social, and transition skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy for a caseload of approximately 6–12 students Complete speech and language evaluations and assessments Develop IEP goals, treatment plans, and progress reports Collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, clinicians, residential staff, and families Lead classroom push-in groups and support residential communication programming Participate in IEP meetings, treatment team meetings, and interdisciplinary collaboration Support school-wide bullying prevention education and student programming Maintain documentation and student progress records Participate in department meetings, supervision, and professional development Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Massachusetts SLP License CCC-SLP or eligible to begin a Clinical Fellowship (CF) School, residential, or transition-age experience preferred CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Why Join Ivy Street School?
