Circle of Life is growing and we’re looking for a Float Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our Metro team.

Position Duties Include

  • Serve as a float nurse supporting our Southern Central Region offices by providing clinical coverage for staffing needs, onboarding support, and organizational growth as needed.
  • Manage and schedule your visits. You'll travel around the area to provide 1:1 nursing services to clients in their home, traveling is required.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help provide the best care possible to our clients.
  • Provide clinical supervision to our caregivers, making sure they are following the care plan and inspiring them to provide excellent care.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants need a valid MN Registered Nurse license and interest in visiting clients in their homes in the Twin Cities and surrounding area (traveling is required for this role). This position is well suited to an individual that enjoys direct patient contact, supporting a dedicated care team doing good in our communities.
