Every portable toilet, wash station, and luxury restroom trailer that leaves our yard has a customer counting on it - and it starts with you. Big John Site Services is hiring a dependable, hardworking Level 1 Yard Technician (Make-Ready) at our Brownsville branch to clean, maintain, and prep our units for delivery.

This is a hands-on, on-your-feet role. If you take pride in doing the job right, like staying active, and want to be part of a team that shows up and delivers, we want to hear from you.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Pressure wash, clean, and prep portable toilets, wash stations, and luxury restroom units so they're delivery-ready
• Handle basic maintenance and upkeep around the yard and shop
• Secure units and equipment for transport by chaining, strapping, and blocking according to DOT procedures
• Help solve problems that could hold up an on-time pickup or delivery
• Stay flexible and adjust your day when customer needs change
• Bring a professional, customer-first attitude to everything you do
• Train to serve as a backup pump truck driver, covering service routes when the team needs an extra hand
