The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, such as wheel loaders, to distribute materials accurately and efficiently.**Qualifications:**- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Experience operating heavy equipment, particularly wheel loaders, is preferred- Strong attention to detail- Ability to follow instructions and work independently- Good communication skills**Responsibilities:**- Operate equipment, such as wheel loaders, in a safe and efficient manner- Perform routine maintenance on the equipment- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times- Report any issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor- Keep work area clean and organized**Physical Requirements:**- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments- Willingness to work in various weather conditions- Stamina to stand, sit, and operate equipment for extended periodsBENEFITS OFFERED:^ Health Ins.
