As a Client Advisor, you partner with each guest through the entire purchase, from the first conversation to the final signature, to find the vehicle that truly fits their wants, needs, and budget.Our One Person, One Price model keeps the experience transparent and seamless. Every guest works with one advisor and gets our best price upfront, so you can skip the haggling and focus on what matters: advising. Client Advisors are trained in product knowledge and hospitality, so our guest experience is always the priority.What you’ll do:• Build lasting relationships with guests and grow your business through repeat customers and referrals▪ Handle every lead type, including internet, phone, and walk-in guests▪ Discover what matters by learning each guest’s needs, preferences, and budget, then following the Purdy 1 process to find the right fit▪ Know the product inside and out and confidently demonstrate vehicle technology, features, and accessories▪ Lead the finance process with every guest, building options around credit, budget, down payment, and trade-in value with support from the finance team▪ Stay organized to manage relationships, schedule appointments, and respond to internet leads▪ Follow up daily through calls, texts, emails, and personal videos▪ Protect the guest and the store by following compliance, privacy, and manufacturer experience standardsWhat we offer:•    Unlimited earning potential – production-based commission•    Monthly performance bonuses•    Medical, Dental, & Vision insurance plans•    401(k) with company-match•    Paid-time-off (PTO) Qualifications: What we’re looking for:▪ Excellent communication and people skills▪ A heart for customer care and great service▪ Competitive drive with a team-first attitude▪ Coachable and ready to learn and grow▪ Tech-comfortable: CRM, Google Suite, auto software Requirements:▪ Hospitality mindset▪ High school diploma or equivalent▪ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record▪ Available for 5-day work week Sound like you?
