What You’ll Do (Besides Becoming an Elder Favorite): Assist residents with daily living activities Offer kind words, warm smiles, and a listening ear Keep things running smoothly with documentation and teamwork Join in on fun events and activities (yes, eggroll making, or bean bag baseball, may be involved!) What We’re Looking For: ✅ Current CNA certification (Texas) ✅ A heart for service and a team spirit ✅ Passion for elder care and building meaningful connections   MRC’s Crestview is a leader in retirement living offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation.  Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent is desired. Possession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Aide license is required  One year of experience, preferably as a hospital or long term care nursing assistant is preferred.
