Georgia Medical Staffing is in need of an FNP to provide coverage for an employee/family based health clinic in Bryan, OH.

Details:

Sept 28 - Oct 9th

Hours: 

Mondays: 6a-4p

Tues & Weds: 8a-6p

Fridays: 6a-2p

DOT Required

Occ Health, minor procedures, health coaching, Chronic care mgmt, routine wellness

Ages 1+

8-10 patients per day

Dispensing Clinic

$90 per hour

Paid Malpractice

Paid Shadow Training

Paid Module Training (2 hrs, from home)

Requirements

Must have 2+ years family medicine experience as FNP

Must have DOT Certification

Must have active OH FNP Licensure

Must have BLS or ACLS

Must be BC

Must have clean criminal and medical background check
