Job Description

You'll join Westrock Coffee's transformation team as a Project Manager driving high-priority initiatives from design through execution. Assignments will shift as business priorities evolve--this is a role for someone who can walk into a new domain, get up to speed fast, and own delivery without needing the scope defined for them in advance. This isn't a coordination role--you're expected to drive outcomes, not just track them.

 

Job Duties:

  • Own end-to-end delivery for assigned initiatives -- scope, plan, execute, and close, with the specific program area determined by current business priority
  • Build and maintain project plans, milestone schedules, and RAID logs -- and actively work them, not just maintain them
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams (varies by assignment -- may include Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Commercial) to keep work moving and decisions made
  • Run working sessions -- set the agenda, facilitate the conversation, capture decisions, publish follow-ups
  • Produce clear, concise status updates for leadership; flag risks before they become problems
  • Validate outcomes and assumptions with stakeholders before they're reported as results
  • Escalate blockers before they stall progress, not after
  • Move between initiatives as priorities shift, ramping quickly on new domains with minimal onboarding overhead
Qualifications

Qualifications:

 

  • 2--4 years managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs; industry open, but manufacturing, CPG, or supply chain environments a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to ramp quickly in unfamiliar domains and operate without a fully defined playbook
  • Direct experience running structured initiatives to completion -- not just status reporting
