About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Janitorial team member to help keep our facility clean, safe, and running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to join a hardworking team in a fast-paced logistics environment where your contributions truly matter every single day.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of facility common areas, restrooms, and break rooms
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain warehouse and office floors
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with facility guidelines
- Restock janitorial and restroom supplies as needed
- Clean and wipe down surfaces, windows, and fixtures throughout the facility
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
- Follow all safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals
Requirements:
- Prior janitorial, custodial, or facility cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of proper cleaning chemical usage and safety procedures
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check (PCB)
- Strong sense of accountability and pride in maintaining a clean work environment
