SOC Analyst / Tierless SOC

• Monitor and analysesecurity events and alerts in real-time using best in class tools
  
• Investigate securityincidents to determine the scope, impact, and root causes while providingtimely responses
  
• Conduct threatassessments and prioritise vulnerabilities based on risk, utilising threatintelligence
  
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams to remediate identified security threats andvulnerabilities
  
• Generate securityreports and metrics to inform management of ongoing security incidents andtrends
  
• Participate in thedevelopment and updating of incident response procedures and playbooks
  
• Stay current withindustry trends, threats, and technology to enhance security protocols anddefensive measures
  
• Engage in knowledgesharing and continuous learning opportunities with team members
  

Requirements

Junior Candidates:

• Basic understandingof security concepts and practices, including incident response and threatdetection
  
• Familiarity withsecurity tools, email protection and mobile threat defence platforms
  
• Knowledge ofscripting or programming languages is a plus (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
  
• Excellent analyticaland problem-solving skills. Ability to perform correlations and think outsidethe box
  
• Can work in amulti-shift operation as well as on weekends and public holidays
  

Medior Candidates:

• Strong understandingof security concepts and practices, particularly incident response andvulnerability management
  
• Experience utilisingsecurity tools
  
• Proven ability tohandle and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  
• Excellentcommunication skills to articulate findings and collaborate with team memberseffectively
  
• Can work in amulti-shift operation as well as on weekends and public holidays
