Member Service Representative

Job Details: Level: Entry, Job Location: RC Propane - Lone Rock, WI, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00Hourly, Job Category: Admin - Clerical, Premier Cooperative is looking for a Member Service Representative (MSR) to join our Richland Center team. This position is often one of the first points of contact for our customers and plays an important role in providing friendly, dependable service while supporting the day-to-day needs of the location.What you'll do: Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone Assist customers with questions, purchases, account information, and general needs Process payments, transactions, and other customer account activity Enter information accurately and maintain customer records Communicate with other departments and locations to help meet customer needs Assist with general office duties, filing, and administrative support Work closely with coworkers to keep information flowing and customers taken care of Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized office environment Follow company safety policies and proceduresQualifications: What we're looking for: Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, positive, and dependable attitude Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities Comfortable working with computers and learning company systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently while also being part of a team Previous customer service, office, banking, retail, or agricultural experience is helpful, but not requiredIf you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and being part of a team that supports our customers and local communities, we'd love to hear from you.
