Capital Management Services (CMS) is hiring bilingual collections specialists who can confidently speak with customers in English and Spanish. Start at $18 per hour, earn uncapped monthly commission based on performance, and receive a $150 sign-on bonus after 60 days.
Our team is built for collectors, by collectors. If you have collections experience, bring your skills to a team that knows the work. If your background is in customer service or a call center, our two weeks of paid, hands-on training will help you get started.
What You'll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish on third-party collection accounts.
Listen to customers, explain payment options clearly, and help them set up manageable payment arrangements.
Document account activity and payment commitments accurately.
Meet performance and quality goals while following the FDCPA and applicable regulations.
What You'll Bring
The ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish.
Strong listening and negotiation skills and the ability to stay composed during sensitive conversations.
Comfort navigating computer systems and documenting calls while working toward performance goals.
Collections or call center experience is preferred. We welcome candidates who are new to collections.
Pay, Benefits & Schedule
$18/hour base pay plus uncapped monthly commission
$150 sign-on bonus after 60 days

Paid training begins November 16 and runs for two weeks, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
After training, you'll work a full-time schedule with a mix of morning and afternoon shifts.
