A Shift in Color

You clock in, grab your gear, and step into that familiar manufacturing rhythm—parts moving, schedules humming, and your painting zone ready for action. The day is a steady loop of checking what’s running, making sure the right powder coat is queued up, and keeping an eye on finish quality as pieces roll through. You’ll trade quick updates with the team, stay customer-focused when priorities shift, and keep things tidy enough that the next changeover doesn’t feel like a scavenger hunt. By the end of the day, you’ve helped ship work that looks clean, consistent, and unmistakably “done right.”
