Deliver resident care, treatments and medication administration to assigned residents. Report to supervisor the condition of residents and result of treatment. Report to physician the condition of residents, take off orders, documents, and follow-up orders to their conclusion. Document pertinent information on all assigned residents. Arrange for transfer of residents to hospitals or clinics. Maintain records of all controlled drugs and keep inventory count at the beginning and end of each shift Check residents' comfort, follow-up as necessary, answer call bell as required. Collect tests and report specimens as necessary. Perform other nursing duties as required. Responsible for knowing and following resident’s plan of care for assigned residents. Responsible to report any employees not following plan of care.
