Position Summary

Havenwood of Buffalo is seeking a friendly, hospitality-focused Dining Room Server to join our Culinary Services team. In this role, you'll help create an exceptional dining experience for our residents by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

What You'll Do

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the dining room.
• Ensure food quality, appearance, and presentation standards are consistently met.
• Set and prepare dining tables and workstations for service.
• Take meal orders and provide courteous, attentive service.
• Answer resident questions regarding menu selections.
• Serve meals using proper dining etiquette and hospitality standards.
• Help create a positive, inviting dining experience for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Completion of sophomore year in high school required.
• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Experience working with older adults or seniors preferred.
• Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
