Full-time, 8am – 4:30pm M-F, On-site

Pay Range: $20 - $21.50

Join DiVal Safety Equipment’s Buffalo headquarters as a Billing Clerk and play an important role in keeping our customer billing accurate, timely, and organized. You’ll work with customer invoicing portals, process daily transactions, resolve submission issues, and support a collaborative accounting team.

What You’ll Do –

Prepare and submit accurate customer invoices through multiple billing portals.
Monitor invoice submissions and promptly resolve failed uploads, rejections, or status issues.
Process daily invoices for Training, First Aid, freight, and drop-ship orders.
Balance and post store payments, including cash, credit cards, and gift certificates.
Maintain sample, warranty, credit memo, and other assigned customer accounts.
Track weekly billing activity and prepare reports for local and remote warehouse operations.
Organize billing documentation and support the Accounting team with related projects.
