Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a customer-service-focused part-time Amenity Coordinator to join our team at The Westin Buffalo in Buffalo, New York. As an Amenity Coordinator, you will ensure all amenities are thoughtfully assembled, beautifully presented, and delivered accurately and on time for guest arrivals and special occasions.

• Design and create unique, personalized guest amenities that elevate the overall guest experience and reflect The Westin Buffalo's luxury standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Food and Beverage, and Front Office teams to bring creative guest requests, VIP experiences, celebrations, and special event amenities to life.
• Utilize embroidery equipment and other customization tools to craft personalized gifts, branded items, and one-of-a-kind guest touches.
• Research, source, and curate specialty products and local artisan items that enhance amenity offerings and showcase the Buffalo community.
• Develop innovative amenity packages, seasonal promotions, and new guest experience concepts that drive guest satisfaction and ancillary revenue.
• Ensure all amenities are thoughtfully assembled, beautifully presented, and delivered accurately and on time for guest arrivals and special occasions.
• Drive a company vehicle to get supplies and equipment as needed. 

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment is beneficial.
• Good communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and team members.

• Able to perform long-term standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive moving of items up to 30 pounds.
