We are seeking a Store Associate Warehouse team member to join our retail operations team. This role offers a mix of customer service, merchandising, warehouse responsibilities, and teamwork — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and helping customers succeed. Hours 1 Weekday Shift Monday – Friday All other shifts will be weekend based. Weekend availability required What You’ll Do Assist customers with product selection and recommendations Operate POS system and maintain accurate sales records Operate forklift - load and unload products and assist with warehouse operations Fill propane tanks (Little Falls ONLY) Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues quickly Support opening and closing store responsibilities Follow safety policies and maintain compliance What We’re Looking For Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work indoors/outdoors as needed Must be willing to operate a forklift Must be able to learn and use computer systems and retail technology effectively Strong customer service and communication skills Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work independently Must be 18+   OtherBenefits Enjoy valuable part-time benefits including employee discounts on store merchandise, a company clothing allowance, and eligibility for a 401(k) retirement plan with company match (after 1 year of employment).
