Anderson Powersports in Bullhead City, AZ is looking for a motivated, experienced Powersports Service Technician to join our team!Position OverviewThe Powersports Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of powersports vehicles and equipment. This includes ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, personal watercraft, and other recreational vehicles.We're looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, pays attention to detail, and is committed to providing customers with quality service.Key Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and scheduled services. Repair and service engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, and electrical components. Install accessories, upgrades, and aftermarket parts. Complete repairs efficiently and according to manufacturer specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Document repairs, labor, and parts used accurately. Communicate repair findings and recommendations to service management. Deliver quality workmanship and excellent customer satisfaction.Qualifications: Qualifications Mechanical experience in ATVs, Side-By-Sides, Marine, Motorcycles, and other powersports preferred. Knowledge of engines, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn. Must have a valid driver's license. Own tools preferred.
