About the Job

We're looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll assemble parts and components for precision aerospace products while following quality standards and customer requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble complex parts and components according to work instructions
• Use precision measuring tools: micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, indicators, etc.
• Install hardware like Heli-Coils, rivets, bushings, pins, and Lee plugs
• Apply sealants and potting materials as required
• Perform laser engraving, ink stamping, or part marking per specs
• Install and test magnets for functionality and quality
• Check parts visually for defects, FOD, and finish quality
• Verify expiration dates for tools, sealants, and materials

What You Need

• 1-3 years of assembly or related experience preferred
• Technical training is a plus
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and procedures

Physical Requirements

• Able to sit, stand, walk, and use hands frequently
• Lift up to 10 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 25 lbs
• Visual ability for close-up work and inspections
