Project Manager — Roofing & Restoration

Just In Time Roofing & Restoration (JIT) is a growing residential and commercial roofing company serving the Piedmont region of North Carolina.

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee projects from start to finish while keeping crews, clients, and schedules on track.

What You'll Do

Oversee residential and commercial roofing projects from kickoff to completion.
Coordinate with crews, suppliers, and clients to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Track project progress, materials, and documentation using our project management software.
Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters.
Assist with physical job-site tasks, including loading and unloading materials.
Adapt to a flexible schedule, with some workdays lasting up to 12 hours.

What We're Looking For

Roofing industry knowledge is required.
Valid driver's license and reliable truck.
Ability to lift up to 85 lbs.
Comfortable using technology, including project management software and digital reporting tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with clients and crews.
Ambitious, hardworking, and self-motivated attitude.
Ability to pass a background check.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
