Job Details: Job Location: Burnsville - Burnsville, MN, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $150000.00 - $225000.00Salary/year, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA), DermatologyAt Skin and Aesthetics Center, our Advanced Practice Providers play a key role in delivering high-quality dermatologic and cosmetic care to our patients at our Burnsville, MN practice location. As part of a comprehensive healthcare management services organization, this position combines autonomous clinical practice with physician collaboration, ensuring an elevated patient experience in a fast-paced, high-end medical setting.The ideal candidate is an experienced dermatology NP or PA who is passionate about skin health and committed to exceptional patient care. You'll manage your own schedule of general, medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology patients while collaborating with our dermatologists and support staff.Minimum Qualifications: Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (Master's degree in Nursing for NP candidates, or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies for PA candidates) Current and active Minnesota license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, or eligibility to obtain one prior to start National certification appropriate to the role (NP certification in Family, Adult, or Women's Health, or PA-C certification through the NCCPA) Minimum 2 years of clinical dermatology experience as an NP or PA, required Current DEA registration or eligibilityPreferred Qualifications: Experience with cosmetic procedures (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser treatments) Specialty credential in dermatology (DCNP for NP candidates, or SDPA Diplomate Fellow for PA candidates) Experience performing skin cancer screenings, biopsies, and excisions in a high-volume outpatient setting Proficiency with EMA/ModMed or similar dermatology EHR Bilingual capabilitiesResponsibilities: Conduct comprehensive dermatologic examinations and skin cancer screenings Diagnose and treat common and complex dermatologic conditions (acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and others), including management of biologic therapies Perform minor surgical procedures including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and intralesional injections Provide cosmetic treatments such as injectables, chemical peels, and laser procedures Develop treatment plans and educate patients on skin health and preventive care Collaborate with supervising dermatologists on complex cases and surgical referrals Maintain accurate documentation and coding in the EHR and ensure regulatory compliance Support practice growth through patient retention, referrals, and a consistently full schedule Travel to other practice locations as needed to provide coverage· Other duties as assigned to support clinical operations and consistent with the responsibilities of the role.Travel Requirements: Reliable transportation required for occasional travel between designated practice locationsLocations Required : Burnsville, MNKey Skills: Advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic skills in dermatology Proficiency in dermatologic procedures and cosmetic treatments Strong patient communication and education abilities Knowledge of dermatology pharmacology, biologics, and treatment protocols Experience with EHR systems, clinical documentation, and coding Professional collaboration with multidisciplinary teamsBenefits Package: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education allowance and professional development Professional liability insurance coverage Mileage reimbursement for travel between locations#SNA2026 #MA2026 Qualifications:
